We collect contact details (name, email, phone), company information, payment metadata (never full card numbers, which are processed by our payment provider), and usage data such as pages visited and form submissions.
3. How We Use Your Data
Data is used to process registrations, issue tickets, respond to enquiries, send event updates you have opted into, and improve the summit experience. We never sell personal data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Disclosures
We share data only with service providers who help us deliver the event (e.g. payment processors, email delivery, venue security) under strict confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket, registering as an exhibitor, or otherwise accessing the Pravaah Business Expo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Delegate Conduct
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally. The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee whose conduct is deemed disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
3. Intellectual Property
All summit branding, session recordings, and materials remain the property of Agrawal Samaj Pune / Vanguard Event Group unless otherwise licensed.
4. Limitation of Liability
Agrawal Samaj Pune is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance, including travel disruptions or third-party service failures.
Refund & Cancellation
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable but may be transferred.
2. Delegate Substitution
Ticket holders may substitute another attendee at no charge up to 14 days before the event via the Attendee Portal.
3. Event Postponement
In the event of postponement, all tickets will be automatically honoured for the rescheduled date, or a full refund may be requested within 14 days of the announcement.
4. Force Majeure
Agrawal Samaj Pune is not liable for cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
